Comprehensive Training Program
Our signature training program will equip you with the knowledge and tools to get you ready to open your own franchise, from coaching all levels to marketing and business operations.

Program Manuals
Our set of manuals provides in-depth information on our proprietary programs and covers every detail of running the business.

Space Design and Assistance
An easy to follow design package is provided along with the complete support of the Home Office team during your build-out process.

Grand Opening Support
In addition to Grand Opening training seminars, a Home Office staff member will be on-site to organize and conduct your Grand Opening.

Mentoring Program
One of our veteran franchise operators will be assigned as your mentor and will be on-call to assist you in all areas of operation during the initial stages of your business.

First Year On-site Support Visits
During your first year of operation, a Home Office representative will conduct two on-site support visits to critique your program delivery and perform additional training in specific areas of operations.

Ongoing Assistance and Communication

We are committed to the success of each of our franchises. Our Home Office team is always available for questions and assistance. We address any question, problem or concern within 48 hours from phone, fax or email contact.

Intranet System
Our franchisees are able to manage their local websites, receive messages from the Home Office, and download and order materials at any time through our Intranet System.

Annual Meeting
A two-day, system-wide meeting with topics ranging from business development to new programs. Our annual meetings usually include marketing ideas, new management systems, roundtable discussions, and guest speakers.

From time to time, we will conduct phone or web conferences or on-site regional workshops relating to a variety of topics.

Program Development
Program development is where we shine; we are committed to keeping the program fresh and updated, to stay at the forefront of the industry and one step ahead of the competition.
